Customer Service Specialist

Contact person for all products and services.
Coordinate and clarify the issues of material requests of our customers with LHT HQ departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with- and reply to customer’s material requests (on loan, sale or exchange basis).
Work on quote requests of our customers and search the market for best offers including purchasing processes.
Material Sourcing on the surplus market including communication with other material suppliers and part manufacturers.
Material support for Heavy Maintenance layovers and AOG-Desk- function.
Verify cooperation procedures with customers and LHT HQ departments, incl. communications and data exchange, serve as liaison between customer’s respective departments and Employer.
Coordinate and process warranty and payment claims.
Collect and communicate market information to Employer’s departments, provide systemized performance feedback to the Employer.
Develop and improve relations with potential and existing customers.
Fulfill other tasks.
The Employee shall coordinate the performance of his duties with the work of other employees of the Employer.
University degree in aviation engineering, economic engineering, economics or linguistics.
Proficiency in Russian and English (German would be a plus).
Computer skills (MS Office, SAP would be a plus).
General understanding of customer support processes, contracting and invoicing practices.
Good organization and learning skills. Negotiating skills, responsiveness, strong self-organization, creativity, flexibility, result orientation.
Ability to work and learn in a team; often in a complex business environment and under pressure to meet the deadlines.
Previous experience in Customer Service would be a plus.
Experience in Aviation industry would be a plus.
Readiness to travel throughout Russia and abroad.
Adaptability of other cultures.
Schedule 5/2 from 9 to 18-00.
